The idea is simple.
Run your Small motor on a rolling road to see/hear if everything is setup correct. (and use the energy from the blower to cool your engine)
These small rolling roads do exist are often used by Police to check your HP outcome.

All parts are dismountable which makes it easier to store in my little workshop.

1) Counter for the tests done.
2) Current speed while testing.
3) Seconds counting back to zero for how long the test needs to be.
4) At the end it shows the average speed.
